Erwartungen an eine zukünftige Psychotherapie: Die Spökenkieker-Perspektive

Abstract

First I report on a survey concerning the future of the developments of hypno-, psychoanalytical, behavioral and client-centered psychotherapies which was done on a congress of hypnotherapists in 2000. Then I consider new trends and findings: the effort to surmount the multiplicity of therapeutic schools by the way of a General Psychotherapy; the important result of psychotherapy research that the therapeutic relationship is the most relevant therapeutic factor; and the modern tendency to found psychotherapy on the results of neurology.

Zusammenfassung

Einleitend referiere ich eine Bestandsaufnahme der Zukunft der Psychotherapie, die im Jahr 2000 für die Hypnotherapie, die Psychoanalyse, die Verhaltenstherapie und die Gesprächspsychotherapie auf einem Kongress der Hypnotherapeuten erstellt wurde. Dann stelle ich die neueren Entwicklungstendenzen und Erkenntnisse dar: den Versuch, über eine Allgemeine Psychotherapie die bestehende Schulenvielfalt zu überwinden; die Erkenntnis aus der Therapieprozessforschung, dass der wirksamste therapeutische Faktor die therapeutische Beziehung ist; und den Trend in Richtung einer neurologischen Fundierung der Psychotherapie.
